SW is a favorite of mine but I have to say I've found their customer service lacking quite a few time, the animal handlers and guides are superb it's more their store clerks etc that need some courtesy lessons

I have found the SW staff, including the people in the stores to be very polite and accommodating. Once in a while there may be a language/cultural difference but that has always been easily overcome. I'll admit that I have not had the occasion to interact with trainers but the tour guides and others in the park have always been great to me and my family. That's why I keep returning.
