Interactive wands

Are interactive wands reusable? I was unsure if the battery keeps.
I bought one for my son at a resale shop today it was 10 bucks.. I figured its still cool if not.

Universal’s interactive wands have a highly reflective tip that is used to reflect the light from the cameras. They don’t run down.

The wands I don't think there are any batteries to them, I have Harry's wand and I don't see any battery door. I bought two wands 1 for me and 1 for my niece, she has Professor Snape's wand
