Depends. I'd probably try it - sure, at least once and if I felt like "yeah, this was the way to go" then I'd go top of the line all the time.
If I felt like they were just taking my money and there was no benefit , then no.
Sometimes, concierge can have a lot of pluses.

I think if I ever paid $700 per night for a resort room, I would not be able to sleep! I would want to spend every waking moment looking at my room I spent $700 per night for!
