Inspired by the Mother's Day thread: What's the BEST present you've ever received?

I'm looking into what I should get my Mom for Mother's Day this year. It's been a rough year for her and I want to get her something special. She's very simple, doesn't like spa type of things and my Dad cooks dinner every night for them and cleans most of the house so she doesn't need help with that. I'm at a loss! She likes personalized kind of things (bought her a Mother's ring for Christmas). Just curious what's the best thing you've ever received or the best reaction to a present you bought? TIA!

It's a toss up between a diamond tennis bracelet that is all baguette diamonds, and my Keurig coffee maker. Seriously. I LOVE the Keurig!
