I know of a story about someone who SHOULDN'T have ridden! On a recent doctor's visit I was telling my doctor about our last Disney Trip. He asked if I wanted to hear a story about an associate of his...sure! This other doctor went to Disney with his wife, kids, and HIS mother who is somewhere in her 80's. He put her on Space Mountain! She ended up in the hospital for three weeks! My doctor said she was a cardiac patient to start with and never should have been on that ride. You start to wonder about people...

Barry Hom wasn't allowed to ride the kiddie coaster at Dorney Park. I guess he didn't meet the height or age requirements.

And when we cruised on the Disney Magic in 2000, my DD (who was 10yo at that time) was too tall to use the slide in the kiddie pool. She met the age requirement, but was much too tall to go down the slide.

I am waiting to see if someone couldn't ride(adult) because they weren't tall enough...lol

The "ride" at WDW that has the highest height requirement that I've seen is driving a watermouse. The signs clearly state that to rent a watermouse, a driver must be at least five feet tall and twelve years old or older. I am exactly five feet tall, and so far no CM has ever checked my height before renting!

Awhile ago, there was a post about us shorter adults renting watermice, and fortunately no one reported being prevented from renting.
