Right off the top of my head I'm thinking "Pearl Harbor" with Ben Affleck - it was a box office disaster, but secretly, I loved it.

There actually was a show either on Bravo or Trio about FLOPS.
The show was actually called Flops, and it went into movie, TV and theater flops. It was a very interesting show.
