Inspired by network news thread, who is your favorite news person

I don't watch the news often, but if I do watch, it will be Brit Hume on Fox. I just love his laid-back easy going style. When there is major news happening, I will always tell DH, to let me know when Brit makes it in and I will start watching then. Some how all is right in the world when he is on!!

Olbermann is terrific. I used to love Chris Matthews but he's gone around the bend lately.

I love Jeff Greenfield over on CNN. Peter Jennings is my favorite anchor.

I haven't ever seen him do the news since I don't have cable, but I saw someone on the other thread mention Anderson Cooper being on CNN (I think). I thoroughly enjoyed watching him as host of ABC's the Mole, so I would probably have to say him .

I like Brit Hume also he did a really good job last week with all the Reagan stuff but I also like Tony Snow. Unfortuantly we don't get to see him much anymore.

did you see Brit skydiving this past Sunday to get an interview with Bush 41. He'll do anything to get the story.

LOL no I missed the skydiving!! I wish I could have seen that. I think I read that when Chris Wallace joined Fox, Tony went back and does more radio for them. I always enjoyed him too.
