Inspired by me!! Have you ever bought an "As Seen on TV" product??

Yup. I just recently bought the Edge Master - the thing that is supposed to paint the trim on your walls and take all the hassle out of it. Piece of junk.

I should have known from way back when when I bought the Epi Lady that "as seen on TV" is not quite how it appears as seen on TV.

(although I am sorely tempted to buy the Revo hair styler. My hairstylist won't let me though, she says it will rip my hair out of its roots. )

that plastic thing that helps you fold clothes and towels, it is called the flip n fold. it is blue and has holes I was kind of leary but i love it makes clothes folded nice and skinny so you can use less space. My mom bought herself one also for when they go on they cruise. to save room.

Products on TV have come a loooooooooooong way. Anyone remember the EPILADY?????? Ouch!

My sister just recently ordered the RevoStyler off the TV, apparently when you order it you get two, so she gave me one. I love this thing, it make drying my hair soooooo much easier. Its a rotating round brush, the best invention for anyone who blow dries their hair with a round brush.

(oops, I just realized this is an old one - and I responded to it already! Oh well, you get to hear about my experiences with the EpiLady not once but twice! )

snoopy- I bought that edge painter thingy too. It really is a piece of poop! It didn't even almost work.

I am the Queen of wanting As Seen on TV things. Its a good thing I don't have a credit card because DH would have to kill me because of all the stuff I would order. Anyone seen the Revo Styler? It was like $70 on TV but they have it at Target now for like $35. The Turbo Cooker is another thing I want. I've been trying to get DH to buy that flat hose thing just because it seems a lot easier to roll up. I bought an Igia Forever gone. Its an electrolisis thing. It doesn't hurt and so far all it's done is slow down the hair growth a little...it hasn't become permenate yet though...it says it takes a while. The perfect pancake thing is something else I want. I was glad to see the flip fold thingy has a good review here...I've been wanting that for a while. I suck at folding things. I could go on and on about all the things I've seen on tv that I want. When my DS was a couple of weeks old I had many sleepless nights watching infomercials. Peel Away the Pounds or whatever that weightloss patch was called is another thing I want. Also, I'm pretty much convinced that I can make millions of dollars with some real estate scheme or something. No Money Down or something like that is what it was called.

Oh, EyeQ is one thing we did get. That program is so cool. It increases your reading speed. I went from only reading 140wpm to reading about 280wpm in just a couple of sessions.

I have a Perfect Pancake. I can't stand it. It doesn't work at all. I've only tried it a few times, but I just don't like it at all. It doesn't seal when you close it, so you have to flip it really fast so that batter doesn't go flying across the kitchen. And when you do flip it, the pancake stays stuck to the top layer instead of coming off of it so that it can actually cook.

I tried Nads and didn't like that either. It didn't rip my hair out--it just took the top layer of skin off. I tried the one that came before Nads, too. I think it was called Sweet Simplicity or something like that. You had to heat it, and the infomercial showed people sitting around in silk nighties eating the stuff. It didn't work either. I guess my hair is just planted in too well. And that one burned my skin.

I do use Oxyclean and like it.
