Inspired by luvmydogs: What did you do after your prom?

I am not asking for any censorable details here!!!

I mean did you go to an after party? Go to a hotel? Sleepover at a friends house? Go out for breakfast? What did you do after you left the Prom?

After we left our Prom, SO and I drove to Orlando. We stayed in a Doubletree by the airport. And..... went to MGM the next morning!! It was a lot of fun. It was also one of those really weird times when it was freezing in April in FL. It was also sprinkling all day long. Very, very light, but freezing none the less, and very windy.

we all went to someone's house, slept over and the next am, her mom made us breakfast!

A couple of my best friends' boyfriends were in college so we went to their apartment and partied (no censorable details inserted for your protection), then we went to another friends house early AM, had breakfast, then slept the remainder of the day.

Geez, we are talking 21 years ago, I haven't a clue as to what I did after my prom. I barely remember the actual prom.

My first prom, we drove around in the limo for a bit afterwards and then we went home, my best friend had to catch a flight to Texas at something like 6 am. After my second prom, which I went to with my now DH a friend of ours worked at the brand new movie theater and he got us in for free and we went to see a movie at the 1 am showing. I slept through the whole thing, lol.

Jr prom - went to snata cruz with another couple and stayed at my best friends aunts house

Drove about an hour to Biloxi MS, got a motel room & had to be home REALLY early in the a.m. I was pretty riled about that. Not that memorable. Grad Nite was much more fun, even though my boyfriend didn't get to go.

I have gone home and done homework after my proms since my prom is on a sunday night!

Drive -through at BURGER KING! and no I am not kidding.

We live in a resort town that does not have anything going on till July so on the 17th of June this was the only late night dining option. Then we went to my parents cottage.Very boring

Funny you should ask....I've never told anyone this....

I was seeing a guy my parents didn't know about so couldn't go to prom with him. So I went to the dance with my best friend's brother, we cooked our own steak/potato dinner at my grandparents house, watched a movie....then he went home and I snuck over to my real boyfriend's house to let him see what he had missed out on........

Its been almost 15 years for me.. can't remember either...

Weeellllll.....

I broke up with my BF right before, but he still wanted to go... he was on Prom Court and already had tickets. (I had just meet my now DH, and wanted to start a relationship with him ) So, I went, and all our group of friends had hotel rooms at a hotel near home. We had a blast, but now DH showed up... and talked me and some friends into leaving with him. We went to another party. The DBF I broke up with wasn't pleased and went to my house to get my mom up and tell her. Needless to say, SHE wasn't pleased... she showed up at the hotel looking for me. Asking my friends who did stay where I was. Bad judgement on my part.

The next day, I went home, got yelled at and went to BF's house to appologize. We did mend ways somewhat. I felt bad, but in a way, it was worth it. 14 years later we are still happily together and have a beauitful son.

It's funny you asked, because just this past saturday that whole group of friends was together and we were talking about it. Ironic.

We went to Kelleys on Revere Beach. For those not from this area, Revere Beach is a big hang out for teens...you know the type that would go cruisin in their Camaros, the guys wearing tank tops & chains. Kelleys is a take out place that supposeldy has world famous roast beef(its "historic" in this area). Anyway, then we went and spent the night at my friends house. In the morning we went to another beach for the day.

We went down the shore for the weekend. We didn't have a limo since our group all went in different limos, so we all had to drive down. I drove 4 people, and had 4 other cars following me down the parkway at 3 in the morning.

Well, Prom night everyone went back to my house where we got to sit in the hot tub and then we all went to church the next morning all dressed up. Now the embarasing part. After church that morning, I got sick from eating something bad at the prom and was throwing up on the sidewalk while my BF at the time was breaking up with me. I told him to get out of my face and that the only reason he was telling me this now was so that I couldn't deck him (I was the one that paid for everything that had to do with the prom- set me back $300 and we didn't even rent a limo!!)
Anyway, I hated the prom....
