Inspired by Browneyes, Do you have a co-worker that watches when you come into work??

I'm the last one into the office. But, my job is to go over the employees time cards. I do not punch a card, Salary.

We are paid hourly but don't punch in. Our manager was disturbed to find out the charge nurses were not ratting everyone out if they arrive late. Since the charge nurse duties rotate, we all get a chance at it.

Now she has us all coming in 5 minutes to the hour and she had the phones changed so we have to clock into them by our start time. All this instead of just dealing with the few people who were problem late arrivivers.

She does not take into account all the extra shifts everyone has been putting in or when we stay over 10-20 minutes to finish up a call, etc. That's why she is still having trouble after nearly 2 years.
