Gumbo, Shrimp Etouffee', Boiled Crawfish, Fried Oysters, Boiled Shrimp, Fresh Strawberries, Stuffed Red Snapper. Now I'm hungry!

Jimmie,is it Mexican or tex mex? Can you get good Mexican food inTexas or is it all Tex mex?

It's really Tex-Mex, but most people around don't differentiate. There are places around that serve real Mexican food, but most are are Tex-Mex.
