Yup, those are the pictures. OK, so I don't follow it exactly but my sheets do look a lot better than they used to. Not as good as those pictures...but better.
Originally posted by MommieMommie! was to hook one corner on the finial of the dining room chair, the other end around her hand. Flip the other corners over on top of the first, fold them in half lengthwise, fold in the corners to make like a flat sheet, fold in half again & then again. Once this was done, she would fold the flat sheet so that it was the same size as the fitted, put a pillow case between the two, and then put those three pieces inside the additional pillowcase and put in the linen closet. Then when she had to change sheets, all like pieces were together and she only had to grab one thing.
Did I mention Mom was Obsessive/Compulsive before it had a name?
Not sure I get the whole folding process - but if I stick my nicely folded top sheet and my 'this is the best I can do' fitted sheet into the pillow case - maybe my linen closet will look all neat and tidy anyway. I'll have to try it.
