Inspired by the top 10 rides/attracations thread, which ride/attraction do you think needs to be replaced and/or overhauled the most? IMHO, it is the Snow White ride. I feel it can be scary for the little ones and the older kids are too cool for Snow White. The cardboard "like" special effects are pretty lame in 2005 (is this blasphemous?). I think the whole theme of Snow White could be done much better now and wouldn't mind seeing it changed. They replaced Mr. Toad's Wild Ride after all. Speaking of Mr. Toad, I do miss that ride in a nostalgic kind of way, but I do love the Pooh ride!

i really hate it's a small world. i don't mind the first 1 1/2 hrs but if they'd only cut the last 3 hrs off i might actually enjoy it. Just WAY to long !!!!!( add the extra mins they have left over to something fun like splash, the rooms (pre drop) in tot, Rnr)

Sounds Dangerous at MGM.

Need I say more?

All of Chester & Hester's Dinorama - just bulldoze the whole thing. :teeth:

I was disappointed by the Stitch ride. I never saw Alien Encounter, but I hear it was great. I thought Stitch was annoying. . . and the seats were uncomfortable too!

I may get flamed by this, but the Jungle Cruise is in desparate need of refurbishment!

TOT, RnR, Mission Space, Speedway in tomorrowland, Dumbo, Spaceship Earth, Dinosaur, Hall of Presidents, Splash Mountain, Indiana Jones, Great Movie Ride, Muppets, Little Mermaid, Astro Orbit thingy,

I don't do wild such as TOT and RnR and Dinosaur, Don't do heights yet I hate to be bored. Dumbo and Astro Orbitor takes to long to load.

MK- Tomorrowland Speedway. Queue is ALWAYS too long, and the ride itself is boring for all but the littlest kids.

Epcot- Living Seas. Glad it's getting a rehab. It needs it!

MGM- Sounds Dangerous or Animation Tour. SD is boring, and AT is sad now that the actual animators are gone.

AK- I've only been to this park once, and only did the Safari and FOLK. Liked them both. We'll see after our next trip.

I'd go with the whole Dinorama area. Sounds Dangerous is a good choice as well.

I'm not a big fan of Test Track, only because I think they could have done so much more with that ride mechanism.

Another vote for Sounds Dangerous @ MGM

I can't speak for Sounds Dangerous. Sounds Dangerous sounded so boring, I never even ventured in!

That one should go straight to the the trash can. Even Six Flags can beat it. First though as we were leaving was, where is the camera, we've been Punked. :rotfl2:

The horror!!!!!!!!!!! ;) They can bulldoze the whole thing ONLY IF they keep Primevil Whirl.

I detest It's a Small World and plan MAYBE to ride it for the second (and last) time to pay homage to the rehab.

Stitch's Great Escape & Sounds Dangerous.
The Stitch ride was awful, it was pointless, and it made me miss Alien Encounter. I don't even remember what it was about. I just remember that horrible smell and the restraints kept slamming down on my shoulders. I wanted to vomit and just run out of the theater.
Sounds Dangerous was also horrible. It was sooo boring I took off my headphones about a third into it and just relaxed in the complete darkness and silence.

Alright, I'll bend - but only if they ship Primeval Whirl over to Paradise Pier at DCA. ;)

I vote for getting rid of the Indy Speedway. The whole idea of WDW is to have attractions that adults and children can enjoy together, but this one is really only fun for really young children. Plus it takes up quite a bit of space. They could put more than one attraction in it's place!

1. Backlot Tour-other than Catastrophe Canyon where the water comes down, all of us were somewhat bored on this-plus there's too much standing involved especially when you have little ones

2. Journey into Imagination- ugh, why did they ever change this one???

3. The Living Seas(not including Turtle Talk)- there's just sooo much more that could be done with this. Seems like the only fish left in the tanks are the large ugly brown ones.

4.Mickey and Minnie's Country House- I'd like to see some sort of interactive things going on here for the little ones, rather than just a walk through their houses.

I'll add these next ones with the thought that they are treasured favorites, but some refurbishment is probably due:

Snow White's Adventure
Jungle Cruise
Peter Pan's flight

Small World, hands down, the worst attraction!

I know some people love it, but I can not deal with it. The song is even worse... as I am writing this, it is all I can hear in my head. Arrrggghhh! PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!!!

LOL LOL LOL I'm not the only one who is a little disappointed in AK???

I'll make a few enemies with my least favorite/needs bulldozing list:

The Winnie the Pooh Ride
Food Rocks (is that still there? It shouldn't be if it is)
The Living Seas (they can bulldoze that whole thing.

Other than that, I'm cool. I just don't think AK has enough so I jsut want more there!

oops! edited to add -- Journey into that Imagination! The worst! Every time they "improve" it it gets worse!!!!! They need to just knock that down and try something else!!!!
