The question I ask all the time is: why do people feel a sense of entitlement just for being alive? I don't get it.
Example: I was checking into AKL. I was waiting for the next available person to help me at the check-in. As I waited, a woman approached the guest services desk and I didn't pay her much attention. Until she started SCREAMING at the cast member, who was trying his best to calm her down. I don't know what started it, but I do know he was so polite and so respectful to this shrew who was drawing a crowd. Eventually, she yelled, "You better get a manager over here right now, mister, before I do something I won't be held responsible for!"
My SO said to me, "I beg to differ. She tries something, and I'll hold her responsible...on the floor while I wait for the police."
I was so ashamed and embarrassed to be standing next to her. Why are people like that?
