(Insert Catchy Title Here)...Our Annual Anniversary Trip in Pictures~UPDATED LAST DAY

Wow - hope that rain lets up so that you can enjoy your trip!

Good call on postponing the Party!

And I hope there's an explanation for the LeCellier cancellation...that's awful! I am sure your taste buds had a slight disappointment!:sad2:

Well that sucks. Why would they cancel the reservation and not let you know? What a disappointment and then rain all day on top of that.

You have some really beautiful picture.

It's always nice to see a fellow Canadian and HR professional on here. Can't wait to see what else you have.

As we had been out with friends the evening before, we decided to sleep in a bit this morning then headed off to the Magic Kingdom …

IMG_0773.jpg

We arrived at the TTC and parked our car then headed for the ferryboat - we always love taking the boat over from the TTC…

IMG_0788.jpg

IMG_0790.jpg

I always have to take a picture of the MNSSHP decorates at the entrance …

IMG_0793.jpg

Once we entered the park, we headed over to the Main Street Bakery for some breakfast.

IMG_0816.jpg

I should mention that because of our many trips to the World, we have tons of pictures … so this trip we decided to try and take pictures that weren’t your normal WDW touristy pics … this is the result. If there are any you can’t place, just ask …

Of course we had company …

After filling our tummies, we decided to make our way out of the park …

Up next, Animal Kingdom and our anniversary dinner at Boma.

Wow Bonny - awesome photos!

I always love your photos and this TR is once again great for pics! I love seeing the different perspectives on phototaking in the parks.

Also can't wait to hear your review of Boma.

Looking forward to more!:goodvibes

I am one of the biggest lurkers of them all but I wanted to post to compliment you on your photos. These are honestly some of the best photos I have seen on this forum, and it gets tiring seeing people asking "what type of camera" do you use, when the camera really in the end doesn't matter that much, its the person on the other end. (I have seen really wonderful shots taken with a point and shoot, and really bad photos taken with a Nikon/Canon SLR!)

You have a wonderful gift for composition, balance, color and contrast, and I look forward to seeing more!

BTW happy belated anniversary, my husband and I also celebrate our anniversary every year at Disney! There is no better anniversary gift.

Jennifer

Hi, thanks for sharing your trip with us. i have one question. did you encounter any love bugs? i know they are there at the end of sept., but did you see any lingering into oct.? thanks in advance

Thanks for all the nice comments on the pics everyone :grouphug:

No we didn't notice many, if any, love bugs - there seem to be more in May then when we go than in October.

After getting up fairly early and lollygagging around getting ready, we were finally headed off to Animal Kingdom.

I should mention that Animal Kingdom is a favorite of both of ours for taking pictures … so rather than being too wordy, I'll let our pictures speak for themselves ...

Hi Bonny (and Lee):)

I somehow missed your AK post, so tonite I ended up with an extra installment. Awesome photos as usual!!!

How lucky the two of you are to be able to travel with each other, both being like-minded in enjoying the relaxing pace of stopping throughout the Parks to take so many great photos. I can just imagine my family allowing me the luxury - not! LOL

Can't wait for more. I love seeing the Parks from your unqiue and awesome photos!:goodvibes

If you remember from earlier in our TP, we had changed our dates for the MNSSHP and decided to go this evening instead …

We arrived at the park around 5 pm …
