I assume most of those night shots were taken with a tripod, right?

What an awesome opportunity to take photos in the Park after everyone had cleared out. Those were worth waiting for!

Hi ... actually most of the MNSSHP night shots were taken hand as there was enough light ... We used my 50mm f 1.8 lens as well which is a low light lens which definitely helped.

Well that is encouraging. I actually just purchased this same lens for my Rebel a few months ago. Haven't yet used it in the Parks yet, but looking forward to doing so next trip.

I just hate not having a zoom on it though!

Unfortunately our trip was slowly winding down.

Today we decided to just take it easy – sleeping in then heading out to check out Spirit’s Halloween store near the Florida Mall. After making a few purchases there, we made our way over to the mall and checked out what the shops there had to offer.

It was now late afternoon and we headed over to Spooky Empire’s Screamfest at the Wyndham to pick up our VIP passes. While we were there Lee just had to get someone’s autograph … (he’d been waiting over 25 years to meet her )

There weren’t a lot of people there, so we also stopped to talk to Ricou Browning:

After spending a couple hours meandering at Screamfest, we made our way over to Epcot to take some night shots:

It was then back to the resort for a good nights sleep as we had a busy day ahead of us coming up.

Next up – Screamfest, a VIP party and more good friends.

LOVE your piccies!! I keep telling DH I like the 50mm lense better but he loves the kit lense. *sigh*

Which low light lense do you have? I am looking to add a new one before our trip.
