We love the privacy of a 4 bedroom house..I even found one with heated pool and hot tub. My Dad has severe arthritis & really needs the hot tub at the end of the day. And my children really do love to swim. But that's part of the debate. Will we use this enough to justify it in December? (or am I just "burning $?)
I also found a lovely 3 bedroom condo at Wyndham Palms that will sleep the 7 of us quite comfortably. It's about a little more than half the price of the house after we add in pool heat.I'm assuming a condo pool (either here or elsewhere) would be heated & sufficient.
Any input? Dad really wants that hot tub though.
