input and suggestions for trip--leaving in 4 days

MGM--9 am-9 pm
Epcot FW 9-6 pm WS11-9pm
MK 9 am-7 pm (th/F) 9-10 (s) 9-7 pm (sun/M)
AK 9-5

We are booked PS's for the following for our May 15-19:
Thursday
Fastasmic Dinner Package Dinner @ 7 pm Show @ 9pm

Friday ((AK=EMH))
SciFi for lunch 12:10 pm (we'll stick to the basics:burgers, fires, shakes--I've read the reviews)
'Ohana dinner 9:30 pm

Saturday ((MGM=EMH))
Primetime Lunch 12:00 pm

Sunday ((AK EMH))
Chef Mickey's dinner at 9 pm

Monday ((MK EMH))
1900 breakfast at 8:50

Now I don't know which park to go to when...
This is what I was thinking but I am unsure

Thurs. Arrive
MGM: H&V and Fantasmic
Boardwalk at night?

Friday
MGM early
then switch to either MK or EPCOT

Saturday
MGM EMH?
AK or Epcot
MK for e-ride

OR

AK
MGM
EPCOT
MK for e-ride


Sunday
AK
EPCOT
MGM

Monday
no clue...

I know it seems crazy to do so much in one day but I am thinking of doing a little at a time and then moving on and finishing up at another day...we've done it before
