Infrared Space Heaters

I've seen the ones being marketed at Tractor Supply.
They have a promotion going on this Saturday.

I am wondering if anyone here has one of these.
For space heaters, they are supposed to be fairly efficient, and even save money if you lower your household thermostat....

But, I don't see any consensus on whether they are worthwhile or not.

I just know that would feel SO good running in our little greatroom on cold evenings!!!

We have an Edenpure heater in our bonus room over the garage. The room is heated, but is always cooler then the rest of the upstaris of the house. I didn't want to jack the heat up for just this room so we got the Edenpure. It works great, is quiet and cool to the touch. I wouldn't hesitate to get one again. It even has a remote so my *** doesn't even have to get off the couch during football games to turn it on...
