Information needed for a transfer

I am having pts transferred into my account.

When he calls MS to transfer the points, what information will he need from me to complete the transfer?

I just had points transfered at the end of November. I gave the person my full name and member number. That was all that was needed. The person made the call and transfered the points. I called to confirm and made my reservation at that time.
