What are the drawbacks...how many songs can it REALLY hold. I know you can't choose the song you want to play, but can you skip songs to the next one? TIA

about 110 and 220 in real terms.

Yes you can skip.

Awesome because of light weight.

Bad because after about 300 charhes, the battery will die for good.

Ok, because you will want to get your own head set or ear buds. The ones that come with it are just ok.

I like mine a lot.
