Ive just bought my Disneyland tickets for my June trip and Ive had issues with the payment.

I have my bank card linked on my Disney account, and like in previous years just selected the saved card details on the payment screen.

I tried 3 times and each time the payment was rejected.

I rang my bank and got confirmation that my bank was authorizing the payment but the payment was being rejected and bounced back by Disney.

I eventually did the payment through PayPal.

I had the same issue last year and eventually the payment went through but this year it didnt.

The issue seems to be the American banking system rejecting bank cards which do not have an American address and contact details.

Sorry this happened although wanted to let others know not all International gusts may experience this. I am in Canada and only have a Canadian address but had no problems purchasing tickets.

From what I have seen online, it seems to be SEPA countries, Single Euro Payments Area , who have updated their online banking security requirements in the last two years. It seems that the American online banking security requirements are not compatible with SEPA. This would be why Canadians dont have issues, as very likely your online banking security requirements are compatible with the America system.
