Info on YC Rehab??

We're just hearing that YC is being rehab-ed (new siding?) during our end-of-October trip? Anyone have any info?

I'm just back from the YC. I don't know when they are planning on being finished, but when I was there they were workingon the front of the building away from the main entrance. The only reason I even noticed was because I was specifically looking for rehab.
