Info on the Boardwork villas??

Planning another disney vacation and are having a hard time deciding if we want to stay at the Boardwalk Villas. I will be taking 3 teenagers 16-16-14 and a 9 year old, want to keep them busy! Is it a fun place to stay?
Any info on the resort would be great- our other choice is Beach club.

You would need a 2 bedroom. At BWV, it would have 1 king in the master, 1 queen sleeper in the living room, 1 queen & 1 double sleeper in the 2nd bedroom. 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub in master bath. BCV is the same except some 2 bedrooms have 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom. Both are in a great location, walk to both Epcot & MGM. The teens might like Stormalong Bay better than Luna Park, a reason to pick BCV.

BWV is GREAT place with teens. Actually mine prefer it to BCV. Stormalong is not quite as attractive to the older ones like yours. The Boardwalk seems to be a prime hangout in the evenings for teens, also. They seem to find plenty of other teens to hang out with. That could also be read as "plenty of teens of the opposite sex", which might make you want to hide them over at the farthest Holiday Inn.

We have an 8 year old Ds, 16DD and 2 year old twin Ds> Beach Club's pool is a must for the younger set. But the 8 and 16 prefer Boardwalk. The 16 year old thinks that there is the most to do there, She loves being able to be in the action at night. I don't let her go the parks with a friend alone yet. However she is allowed downstairs on the Boardwalk when I am upstairs with the little guys. Hands down she my 16 year old neice and 17 year old nephew all would choose Boardwalk.

BWV is great. We love the property, pool, and it's proximity to the Boardwalk. My kids (DD 8, DS 7) love to hang out at the Boardwalk at night as there always seems to something going on. I highly recommend staying there.
