Does anyone know how much notice you need to give to cancel a spa appointment without any fees?

Thanks, I went online to do it but it says I have to wait till I get on the ship. Ship sails on Saturday.

When I went in January you had up until 24 hours before your appointment. HTH

I had to cancel less than 24 hours in advance and I wasn't charged. They are very accomadating..!!
