Info on Peacock Suites

Has anyone stayed at Peacock suites? We had to move up our trip to DL, so have to change hotels. I'm looking at Peacock Suites since there is 5 of us. Running out of time since we are leaving in 2 weeks?

I haven't stayed there myself. I have heard things good and bad about it. Nothing horrible that would be a definite reason to not go there. Though if you have young kids it is a far walk. So you would want to look at using ART to get to and from the parks.

Haven't stayed there, but I believe it has mandated valet parking because of their tight parking situation. So i know there's a fee with that, not sure of it offhand.

We are owners of shell vacation club that owns peacock suites (timeshare company) and have stayed there a few times. It's not bad. It's nice having the separate living area (I suggest getting double queen beds as those rooms seem larger). You'll have a frig, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishes. There is a continental breakfast....toast, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee and milk. The pool is small and the pool area covered so it's not may favorite pool. It is kind of a long walk to the park especially with little kids but not bad for adults. It's right by garden walk which is nice and there's also some gas stations nearby to gets drinks and such. I much prefer to be walking distance but this isn't a bad place to stay. Valet parking is mandatory and an $8 fee but the valets are quick and you generally won't have to wait long for your car.
