Influx of Aulani contracts or is it just me?

I jumped in on the recent direct offer as well. Over 300 points broken into two smaller contracts. Really looking forward to using them next year. I think with the current offer, resale contracts are going to sit or be forced to lower a bit because direct prices are right at resale levels right now. Resale, IMHO, is too high right now. 130+ per point resale is not as attractive. I almost bought during the pandemic when prices were in the high 80's and DVC wasn't using ROFR. Oh well, happy with my direct purchase.

I’d buy direct as well right now if I wanted more points. But since I’m also a resale owner, I’m glad to see prices maintaining. A lot of people either don’t want, or aren’t inclined to spend money on a large 300 point purchase…which is helping stabilize resale value.

Oh it would have been a terrible thing for fans of Aulani, no doubt.
I own at Aulani and have stayed there many times. My wife and I would LOVE if Atlantis was built. Everything closes early at Aulani. It would be awesome to go party at Atlantis while the kids are hanging out with Grandma at Aulani (at night).

$47K - $133 per point, double loaded points, just had member services bank the Dec 2020 points, the maint fee charge for the 2021 points is minimal, so that is why I say double loaded

I think that's the best direct pricing I've ever seen. It's pretty amazing.

It is good which is why I am thinking of getting 300 for SAP.

I never stay in studios, only 1BR's. So anything other than home resort priority is a waste really.

Will never get built. The developer has run out of funds, and is trying to unload the property. Personally, I wasn't in love with the idea of a gigantic mega resort suddenly dropped next door to Aulani. I love Ko Olina’s laid back vibe.

Thank goodness! We love Aulani as is.

Just noticed a broker saying they will pay closing costs for anyone providing a full list price offer (bad deal of course).
an interesting incentive and they also have 4 fixed weeks for sale. All week 52 and one has subsidised dues.

But 20 for sale at that broker and it’s not even the board sponsor

Can you share where this is? I dont see it on any of the main Broker sites

Interesting, they didn't catch my eye because I'm only looking for March UY. There are 3 fixed weeks - two for December and one for June - and also one subsidized dues with fixed week for December.
