I entered my code last week and it it is not fixed yet. I have a single use dancing inferno pin. I know they are working on it but I would wait to cash in your reward points.

You can use your code and see if it works to be the confirmer
I don't see why others should have to do the dirty work by typing in their codes to just confirm something for somebody else when they may possibly get a Single-Use Inferno because of it.

Just my opinion, but I think if you need to know the best thing would for you to take the chance- not somebody else If you are afraid to enter your code then wait until we get confirmation from VMK that the codes work properly.

What do you mean?

It is in your best interest to wait to see a confirmed "yes, I entered my code and got inferno". Just because Disney Movie Rewards and VMK promotions says you can get inferno and it is a single star does not mean the problem is solved.

I am waiting before I cash in any more reward points.

You have two options:

1. Write the Contact Us to see if they have resolved the problem and the codes are being recognized as regular Inferno or if they are still being recognized as Single-Use Inferno.

2. Other option is to just enter the inferno code you have. The worst that would happen would be having a Single-Use Inferno like many other people and probably waiting just as long to get it fixed as it will take for them to fix the codes being recognized wrong in the VMK system.


-- If you are wondering if you can redeem your DMR points for the Inferno code itself then you can do that without any worries. The codes are not a "specific item" when getting redeeming at DMR. When entering in the game the code is recognized for what it matches in the code system. The codes were not being recognized at all; the next day the codes were Single-Use Inferno; In a couple more days they could be the correct thing. It's within the VMK system with what they have the codes DMR is handing out set to, which can be changed at anytime I believe Just don't enter them in the game until you get a VMK confirmation that they work. You can redeem your points for the Inferno code today, and just wait until they make the codes recognized as 1* Inferno and it will work properly for you
