I apologize since I'm sure this question has been asked before (feel free to post a link to the thread if you know of one :) ).

We're planning a (sort-of) last minute trip to Disney the weekend before Halloween. Looking for a place to stay on friday, saturday, and sunday nights. We're not familiar with the area at all. What are good options for inexpensive places to stay at/near Disney? We don't really care if it's really nice as long as it's clean and decent. We won't be spending much time at the hotel, obviously.

Thanks for any suggestions!!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Orlando/Lake Buena Vista for $67/night and included a free hot breakfast (they have Mickey Mouse waffle makers)! It was about 15 minutes from MK. Super clean, friendly staff. I would stay there again if I stay off site.

We have also stayed at the Hampton Inn /Lake Buena Vista it was a great stay, clean, good buffet right down the street from downtown disney, we didnt get as good of a rate as the the others did our rate was about $100 a night so for that rate you could probably stay at a Disney Value resort for the same or less. This trip we got an RCI friends and family certificate when they were on sale for $200 and will be at Silver Lake resort for a week, hoping its a good stay.

I stayed at an Extended Stay Deluxe Suites right off Disney Property which I found on Priceline. It had 2 beds,a couch, a minuture kitchen (coffee maker, stove, dishwasher ect). They also served a free breakfast. The cost was under $100 for 2 nights (taxes included). This was 4th of July weekend. I was so suprised and happy with everything I have contimplated staying there next time we visit rather than on property ;)

We stayed at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek last May. Don't know if there's a minimum number of nights required, but it was less than $100 per night and we got 2 bedrooms, living room, and full kitchen.

Thanks for asking and thanks for the answers. We are wanting to stay at one of the hotels mentioned.

they did have a specila offer stay three nights on disney property and get free dining was at values so would not be that expensive and includes two meals a day a snack.

Did you book that price on line at their site, or a different site?

Don't know how "inexpensive" you're looking for, but the super 8 Kissimmee/Maingate off of Irlo Branson was a great option for us. Very inexpensive, and free breakfast. The pool was the size of a postage stamp but we didn't use it and you probably won't either, this time of year. Staff was very friendly. It was a short ride to Disney property - you're on the southern end, near Animal Kingdom and the Value Resorts.

We paid like $40/night in June.
