Indulge A Little - Feb 2014 Report - Updated Victoria & Albert's 3/2

Wonderful Reviews! We contemplated having V&A's this trip to use the TiW discount for it but honestly don't know what restaurant we would bump to make room for it as we really want to dine at our other choices.. Also packing the suit for DH and a nice dress for myself also poses a few issues! Maybe someday we will dine there again!

Hi Paula
That's exactly why we have booked it for our next trip, we will have to pack the suit/dresses for our cruise anyway so thought this would be a good time to visit
Plus last chance for TiW :)
Can't wait!

Thanks for sharing the wonderful reviews, especially the V&A's!!
Sitting here in the cold just drooling

I enjoyed seeing what options you both chose at Victoria & Albert's! I do disagree with you on at least one thing though...LOL :rotfl2: That Multigrain Bread is my absolute favorite of the 3!

That flat bread looks so yummy! Can't go wrong with bacon! Looks like a fun trip:)

You can't go wrong with bacon! Its one of my favorite foods.

Thanks for enjoying my reviews. Did you end up bumping a restaurant for V&A?

We luck out with the driving and being able to bring clothes without too much issues. Although I do tend to overpack because of that. When we have our cruise in 2.5 months, its going to be bad how much I pack for that.

We probably won't be back for a couple of years. I just enjoy the wine dinners more for the same amount of money.

That is a good reason! I'm sad they are getting rid of the TiW discount but at least there are many places that take it right now although I am scared they are going to start not taking it at more and more places. Did you already have your cruise.

I'm drooling too still! At least only a month until I'm back at Disney for more great food.

Well, good thing they serve all three then, enough for everyone to have a favorite :) It was a great meal!

No, we ended up skipping V&A's. In retrospect there are a few places we could have bumped for it as we ended up with some sub-par meals and service and V&A's would have been far superior.

Great reviews, especially V&A! I ate there in January and I had the same pintade dish, and I agree that the meat in the jar was my favorite part of the dish. Thanks for sharing!

Sorry to hear you had some sub-par meals!

We've had good luck our past 5 trips with food it seems, although I didn't do a dining report for the two May trips as those trips were less about food & more about other stuff so a trip report made more sense. Last trip we really had bad luck was our October 2013 F&W trip. I'll probably do a dining report for July though since the trip will be about a whole lot of nothing!

In general at Disney, I've had great luck with meat in jars. (Crazy sounding I know) V&A along with a dish I had at Citrico's last October for their Educated Guess Wine Dinner.

Glad you enjoyed it as well!
