Hi Aaron! Susie checking in. As far as I know, Matt, Tyson (9) and Shaelyn (3), and I will be there! We haven't confirmed our 09/10 school year Disney plans yet, and Labor Day is usually a favorite time for us to go, but not likely this year. So count us in!!

I love the Wii idea! We have a WallE game for the Wii we could bring. I'm sure we could figure out a TV situation, no?

Are you planning on having the silent auction again this year? (which I LOVED last year!) I already have at least one item to donate for it (factory sealed plush from Mickey's Christmas Carol!)

As far as food goes, I'll bring a fruit pizza and broccoli/cauliflower salad.

I'm so glad you guys can make it. You were such a big help last year with the games and kids activities. Thanks a million!

We certainly could do something with the Wii. My only concern is it might be a bit too popular with the kids. If anyone has a TV big enough to bring with A/V inputs please let us know.

We are going to try for another silent auction again. I'm hopeful we can donate the proceeds to Give Kids the World.

Everything we did worked out so well last year we plan on doing many of the same activities this year.

How about I bring some bubble stuff to do outside along with a few tubs of sidewalk chalk? Do you think the fairgrounds would let us Disney Doodle on their sidewalks/parking lot?

You keep coming up with great ideas Sooze! I'm going to the fairgrounds this Friday to walk through the building. I'll ask them about the sidewalk chalk and see what they say. the bubbles would be great as well!

How bout some adult or couples for some Disney Scene it? Get everyone teamed up and see who knows what? We have second edition and could also bring the T.V.? Let us know if there is any interest. Shawn + Heather

I don't know how much interest this will have. But I personally love collecting Disney pins for the fun of it. I really love the character Piglet and just look for Piglet pins or any other pin that reminds me of a trip I am on or was on. I am not a die hard gotta get the expensive pin collector or anything.

I thought it might be interesting if other people collect pins just to bring your pins to show off. I love looking through other peoples pins just to see what is out there!

If people also, have pins that they would be willing to trade maybe have a trading table too.

I just know that trading pins is a big part of my Disney experience and it would be fun to get to do it outside of Disney. Anyone have an interest in this? Kids could trade too!

Definately. We had a lot of fun pin trading last year. Bring your pins! I'm going to add a section to the first post of this thread to let people know to bring their pins for trading and displaying.

I'm pretty sure we'll be there...we had a lot of fun last year. It will be DH Andy, me (Jen) and dd, 11, Sarah. Sarah will do face painting and a drawing class again this year if that's okay. Actually she will do it even it's not okay - she had a blast!

Darn, I'd be there in a heart beat since I just live a little North of Indy in Fort Wayne. However, on Saturday, September 5th I will be at WDW, staying at SSR and enjoying Epcot... You guys have a great time and I'll be thinking of you all as I ride Soarin'

Todd! That's great news! I mean, I'm really sorry that I'll miss the opportunity to see you, but it's very exciting that so many DIS friends will be getting together!

I've been promised a phonecall at the minimum. Perhaps I'll even be a flattie. Regardless, Phillip says we'll make sure to have a Grand Marnier slushy in everyone's honor during our trip!

I will drive. Fort Wayne is an easy drive. Indy isn't that much farther. I meant to bring something to contribute.
