Independence of the Seas: Windjammer Open for Dinner?

I'm sailing on Independence next month, and I noticed in the app that dinner hours are not listed for Windjammer. Can anyone confirm whether WJ has been closed for dinner hours recently?

If you have the app you can change the dates and look at current sailings and it’s open

That's very helpful! Thanks so much for sharing. I didn't realize you could look at the other sailings on the app. Full disclosure: this is my first time using the app. The last time I sailed RC, it was pre-app days.
