Incredibles 2 - what are the chances?!

We are sailing in the Dream 6/10-15. Incredibles 2 comes out 6/15. What are the chances they show it on board (maybe the evening of 6/14?

There's a very good chance of a midnight showing on your last night. It is possible they may show it earlier in the evening of the 24th

I am on that same cruise (I can't wait!!) and I think we will see it!! So exciting!!

Probably 99% chance it plays at midnight. They could play it earlier, but they are given very strict instructions on the earliest time to show it. We were on a cruise when a movie was released and they had to wait until exactly midnight.

Actually incredibles release date is June 14 at 7 pm. So they could start at that time. Which they won’t because it will leave the late dining missing it. My guess is they will show it around 10:30 June 14th in both the wdw theatre and the Buena Vista theatre.wdw theatre it will be shown in 3-d Buena Vista theatre it will be shown in 2-d. There is no need for them to wait until 12:01 on the 15th. Now if the release date was actually June 15 yes they will have to wait until 12:01 but it’s release date is June 14th at 7 pm

I could be wrong. The dream will have the same thing going on with solo tonight. With a Thursday 7pm opening time.

Last year we were on the Dream sailing that ended Friday, June 16, the same day Cars 3 came out. We had a midnight showing in the WDT on Thursday night. Get there early. There was a very long line.

We really enjoyed it, particularly when Peter, the cruise director, “drove” onto the stage (via the up and down platform) in a full race driver costume to introduce the movie!
