Incorrect check in date showing online.

We just got off the Fantasy on Saturday, it was our 5th cruise so now we are officially GOLD! Our Castaway status online is now reflecting this, but when I log into all the existing cruise reservations I have, our check in dates are still showing as Silver. Our next cruise is March, Silver check in date is Dec 24th (which I reservation still shows) but it should be updated to Dec 9th for Gold. Does it take a few days to change or should I call DCL? I know I've still got over a month but I don't want to miss out on my first gold check in

I would give it a couple of days and then call if it does not change on its own.

This. I asked my TA since my Feb cruise will put me over into Gold and I've got 2 more booked. She said they should update automatically, but together we'll keep an eye on it and if it doesn't change in a week after my debarkation, she'll give them a call.

I ended up having to call. What was weird was that my status updated for one cruise but not the other. DCL tech is nothing if not "exciting."

It took mine probably a good month or two to update. It was fine, our Gold cruise was June and we weren't checking in for the next one until October but if you need to check in sooner, definitely put in a call.

Yep. When we made Platinum, only my husband's account reflected he was Platinum, I was still Gold. Both accounts showed the same number of cruises, but, for some reason, my level didn't update. I had to call the Castaway Club number and have them fix it.

If you to try and force the refresh, you can try adding your reservation again, like if it wasn’t showing up in your current reservations. The link is at the bottom of the View All Reservations linked page. You need to enter the reservation number and the birthday of one of the guests. It worked for me in the past.

I’m pretty sure it’s not just DCL. I’d go so far as to say MDE is worse!
