Incorporating ohana breakfast into our touring plan?

My ds6 has determined this is his must do meal. We are staying at boardwalk inn. If we go for an early breakfast I would need to bus to MK and then monorail to the poly, yes? Or is there another way to get there from BWI? If we do it as a late breakfast, in theory I could go to epcot for an hour then take the monorail directly to ttc, then walk to the poly, yes? How long would it take to get from epcot to ohana using the epcot monorail and walking from the ttc? I thought maybe we could do morning emh at epcot, have a late breakfast at ohana, then spend the afternoon in MK ? Coming back from MK is it better to take the bus to boardwalk inn or take monorail to epcot then walk through international entrance (assuming we have hoppers). Or would it be better to try to do morning emh at MK, monorail to poly for late breakfast, then monorail to epcot for afternoon? How is bus transportation to/from MK to boardwalk inn? Thanks. Any suggestions welcome. This will be our second wdw trip, first with park hoppers. Would it make more sense to do ohana first thing in the morning or as a midway stop between the two parks?

Since you're staying at Boardwalk, my feeling is to do an early EMH at EP (you'll need to snack in the room), and try for the latest Ohana ADR you can get. That should give you a couple hours in EP before you need to get on the monorail. But, you don't have to walk to the Poly from TTC. Just transfer to the hotel loop and ride the monorail right to Poly's front door. Then do MK in the afternoon.

I just think you'll get more done in a more leisurely fashion at an EP EMH than you would at MK.

We do this quite frequently! We'll book a late ADR at 'Ohana (usually around 10:30am). We leave our room at BW or BC around 9:15, cut through Epcot and get on the monorail to TTC. We then transfer to the resort monorail and end up at the Poly about 20 minutes or so before our ADR. After breakfast, we'll then hop on the monorail and go to MK, or there have been times we'll take the monorail to MK and just take the bus back to the resort. I've found taking the monorail from Epcot is generally quicker than waiting for a packed bus to MK in the morning. Enjoy!
