Incomplete docs from lender?

I am buying resale, working with one of the big brokers and the lender they work with. I received my closing docs today but on the mortgage agreement all the dates are blank - executed date, date of monthly pmt due, loan commencement date, and unpaid balance due date.

Should this info be completed in this version of the documents? Is it normal for all these dates to be blank? I'm not comfortable signing a document with all that blank information, I could get totally burned.

I can write the lender, but I just needed some advice that all my papers should be complete by this point.

I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and it will be worth it. :thumbsup2

Call the lender or seek legal advice. This is a legal question.

Call the broker and lender. The issue may just be that the dates, or at least all the dates you mention other than execution date, depend on closing date and exact date that will be may not be set yet.
