Incentive points question

My mother bought into DVC when we were there in Oct. She recieved 200 incentive points to be used at SSR. The questions we have are: Does she have any booking priority with those pts. at SSR? If not, can those pts. be transfered to a member with an SSR home resort?

I believe she can use them now, but they can NOT be transferred to another member. She could, however, make a reservation for someone else with those points.

No priority, cannot be banked, cannot be transferred, have to be used within one year of purchase date (not closing date) and cannot be waitlisted.

My contract said DP's could only be booked 7 months out...

The developer points have no home resort. So they can only be used at 7 months and cannot be transferred.
