I might like wakes a little more than the average person, so I take lots of photos... probably too many.

The Isabella is catching up to the next ship to pass.

The morning light finally starts to illuminate the shore.

I really loved all of the little summer homes along all of the inlets and such

:)

A baltic itinerary has never intrigued me until seeing your pictures! They are stunning! I might have to look in to cruising this area in the future! Thank you for sharing!:goodvibes

The Isabella has passed another ship on the way into Stockholm

The light is changing by the minute as the sun peaks out from the clouds. A flock of what I believe are commarant or anhiga type birds flies by. We will come upon an island where they nest.

From a sun and "laying out on the deck" standpoint, it can be a bit of a hit or miss depending upon the weather. Our trip was on the cool weather side, which I didn't mind at all. From a history and culture standpoint, it was an incredible trip.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!just WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

After this glorious trip through the archipelago, we finally arrive in Stockholm. We didn't do any of the excursion although I heard great things about the excursion to see the Vassa which was a ship that was raised from the water after it sunk on its maiden voyage.

We ended up walking around the "Old Town". There was a free shuttle to take us there. We only had 4 hours to walk around, but it was very enjoyable.

The Royal Wedding between the crown princess and the groom was on saturday and our visit was on the Monday. I think the city was still a little bit hung over from the weekend of parties.

This is the Royal Palace.

We sailed out the way we came in through the Archipelago, but it was the afternoon where the shore was more brightly lit as the sun was out in full force.
