Do you just print them on regular paper?

Honestly I have no idea...I haven't had a chance to get to Walmart or Target yet I've just been creating the templates....I'm pretty sure DisneyMomma81 has printed out one of my disigns and put them into a cup...our trip isn't til Christmas so I haven't gotten to the sippys yet...or the shirts guess I better get my butt in gear
