The milkshakes at Min and Bill's are excellent. It's a necessary stop for us every trip. Min and Bill's is located in the ship on the lake at MGM.

Fountainview in EPCOT has milk shakes, they are made with Edy's ice cream.

I'm pretty sure the ice cream store on the corner of Main Street in MK near Cinderella Castle has milk shakes.

I know you said "milkshake",but I wanted to mention the Dole Whip Float at Aloha isle in Adventureland.My DH is milkshake junky,but in the heat at disney loves one of these!
