Arts and Crafts in search of someone that could make me a character swing dress?

i'm going to MNSSHP and i'd like to dress as snow white but due to the guidelines i won't be able to just go buy a snow white costume because it can't touch the ground and the cape can't be longer than your waist.

i'm looking for something like this but in snow white

if anyone has seen a plus size snow white version or knows of where i could have one custom made in this swing dress length please point me in the right direction.

Have you looked at Etsy or could you get a normal costume and take it to a seamstress to have it shortened? That would probably be the easiest route. My dry cleaners did alterations.

idk but i never would have though to just buy a costume and have it altered.

Depending on the layering, it should be an easy alteration.
