And I'm sure this is divine if I knew a thing about running.
But I love Carolina Blue running shirts. Just sayin'.
I love XL as well.
Kelly loves them too.
Okay will catch up with everyone else later. I got to go get this ice off my knee and do some work. Megan, can't wait to read your RR.

) running shirt in an XXL singlet that is up for the taking... It was ordered too big and fit me back then, but doesn't anymore. The XL shirt fits well right now, if that gives you any indication.

not really what I want to be doing right now.
I've had the calipers, those fancy scale thing & some other hand held electrical pluse thingy. All take into consideration various factors of age, height, weight etc and I've found them to be consistant within a point or 2 of each other. Now, when you are talking about someone as number crazy as I am, "a point or two" is a HUGE difference. But mostly I think as long as you are doing the same method consistantly at least your relative loss/gain will be accurate.

Lucky you guys!
