E, yuck. I took refuge in the treadmill. 96 is too hot.
I have actually been talking to some folks around here who say this area isn't so good for the flat courses, either. It looks deceptively flat but "rolling" is more like it. They say that City of Oaks marathon that I was looking at (the full, though, not the half), is *brutal*. Not as bad as that 13.1 Boston, though!
Okay, food for today:
B: fiber cereal (60), milk (10)
L: 1 cup diced potatoes (100), Omelette: 1/2 cup egg beaters (60), 1 oz 96% lean ground beef (35), diced mushroom/onion
S: 1 bag ff popcorn (200)
D: 1 serving edamame (100), mashed cauliflower (100), steamed broccoli (20), Homemade stuffed chicken: 5 oz chicken breast (140), cut a pocket and stuffed with 3 chopped shrimp (25), broccoli, mushroom, 1/2 sliced smoked gouda (40) and baked at 375 for 30 min.
S: sf pudding (60)
Total, 950 cals. A little under but I am really not hungry and haven't eaten the pudding yet.
Water, 130 oz (HOT today)
Exercise, 45 min run/walk - 5K short run done, w/ 10 min warmup/cooldown walk, 100 crunches on the ball, 1.5 hours mowing the lawn with a non-self-propelled mower

I wanna be skinny again and not have to work so hard at it
Yes, of course, I know we *all* want that, but I actually had a little personal hissy fit about it

(not really, its about 68* but the wind feels cool and the rain has just started - its dropped around 15* since last week!)
No strapless dresses, eh?
Holy crap. I would have probably injured or maimed someone by now
(EDIT: or I have to read properly and not be so off and get whose birthday it really is!!!! Whoops. Sorry. Have fun with the girls)
to you both. So frustrating - I know.
