I need your help
E, you said that you think right before dinner is the best time to work out. For me I do it when I can (with the girls and DH's schedule its hard) So most of the time is first thing in the AM like 5:30!
When I do that I am STARVING all day. WTH!
Also, I am sitting at my desk today doing reports and falling asleep, I decide to go into the warehouse and run up and down the stairs. I did this for 4 mins and I was SOOOOOOOOO Winded? Why, I am really that out of shape?
