This is me, being accountable:
Breakfast: sausage patty on bread. 210 calories
Snack: orange
Lunch: individual pizza from Donatos. 606 calories
So far so good right? Well, I'm happy anyway.
DD12 comes home with my Girl Scout Cookie order. It's ok. I'm in control.
Snack: 2 thin mints. 75 calories.
Dinner: Brocolli with little cheese sauce for flavor. (And I mean, bag of brocolli.)254 calories.
Here's where it goes south.
Doing homework with daughter. Who the heck cares what the sum of polygon angles is. I know I don't. I know she doesn't. We fight. We guess about the answer, because the book is very vague. I need step by step instructions and she doens't pay attention in class.
3 more thin mints: 113 calories
3 samoa's: 225 ****ing calories
Total for the day: Way too much. Espically with the competition coming up. But this is what it is.
I know you might suggest to me that pizza and sausage shouldn't be in my "diet", and I know that. But I can't just start eating hampster food cold turkey. I have to work it out somehow so I can still eat what I want, just in moderation, or I'll give up for sure.
