Okay...so here is the deal...had a very productive day through work...changed up some things so my business will flourish and I am way excited about that.
I also went swimming with MamaBear Jo...we swam/water -aerobiced are happy hinnies for 50 minutes strait and only hot tubbed it for about 5.I need that to feel good and feeling good in turn leads to eating better and on and on etc...
That is great and the hot tubbing is even betterI am glad that no pidipples went missing on this outing

if you have to face the excersize God for what is putting in your mouth..it may cause you to thik twice about eating it.
I will be chanting this all day Sunday. I have a b-day party from 5-7 then I go right to a superbowl party. I will be drinking lots of water and snacking on fresh veggies.
I also would put on a pair of tight jeans that almost fit right if you were to lose 8 more pounds....wear a big sweatshirt over it so noone sees you roll hanging over...but you will feel it and nothin says don't eat that summer sausage like being in a sausage casing!!!![]()
I love this advise! Eating naked in front of a mirror would do it as well but the other party goers might not appreciate the show so much.
Oh my gosh! Do you ever watch Myth Busters? They did this whole thing on capturing....ummm....gas.They were testing "Death by Flatulence" And they built this whole bathtub gas catching system...
and yes, one of the guys had the job of actually sitting in the tub and, well, creating the specimens that they were attempting to capture!
I'm so easily amused sometimes....
OH MY! I am in a live conference for work right now and I am DYING here! I am SO gonna hear about my unprofessional behavior tomorrow....

Dang... I go to the gym late and I miss out on all the fun... LOL! I hope everyone had a great night... I did... Got a hair cut, worked out with DH and ate Taco Bell for dinner (Fresco style of course and no soda... LOL). DH ate 2 steak quesodillas and a hard taco... I am jealous that he has to gain weight while I'm losing it... I can't wait til he's 30 and his metabolism stops... LOL!! The man eats triple whoppers and hasn't gained a pound in 3 years... I eat a tiny cheeseburger and I blow up... ok so it was more than one that got me to this point but still..I'm off to bed! Nite nite!!!

I meet up with a friend last night for dinner and girl talk and look what I miss.... Of course, I did come home and do my two mile walking tape so all is good....
Very nice!! The clowns are adorable. You will have to try making a Mickey Mouse. Since my 22 month old is obsessed with the Mouse he wil be having a Mickey themed b-day party March 30th.I suck at baking so we will be buying our Mickey cake.
My husband could apply for th is job...Actually, so could my officemate. For the love of all that is good, please put down the apricots.
The DIS is not good for work productivity. But it is so much more fun.
don't you just want to choke them?!? My DH gives up soda and candy for 2 weeks and drops 15 pounds. It make me batty!!

I am just back from the gym where I burned....get this...450 calories on the TM!Gotta love that calorie burning meter! Now...just have to get through the week-end...
I don't think it will be too tough though, as we aren't doing anything for the game on Sunday...just the family at home.

The weekly totals look great for everyone... For all the losers, maintainers and gainers, let's look ahead to the next week and see what we can do better than this one... A lot of little steps will get us to the same place as fewer big ones so don't lose hope...
For the big game on Sunday - I am packing my own snacks and planning to indulge in a few favorites by planning. I am also going to keep Dawn's words about exercising away the indulgences though... My goal for next week is to do my aqua aerobics class three nights and still walk my two mile DVD's on at least two other days. More exercise is a good thing right....
Dawn - post away... we will read them and interject as needed...
Now - I may have to seek out some small form of a reese's peanut butter cup.. I am having wicked cravings for one today and am not sure why. I may have to succomb to the craving and walk off the calories unless someone has an alternative / healthier suggestion for the classic peanut butter and chocolate goodness that is a peanut butter cup...

Hey, everybody! Just popping in really quickly to say that I had a very good week and I am feeling a great sense of accomplishment! I just need to lose .4 more pounds (or is that pound) and I will have lost 10 pounds! Yay, me.![]()
I hope that is the first 10 pounds of a lot of 10-pound incremental weight losses coming my way.
I got out in the cold and rain this morning and did W3D2 of the C25K program. How's that for dedication? Remember, I'm a Southerner - we don't do cold!!Anyway, it stank while I was doing it, but I felt really good about finishing it and the benefits last all day - I feel so much better with the exercise and low carb eating it is amazing. Anyway, I plan to go out to the mall this weekend and do 1 1/2 laps around at the fastest walk I can muster to try to start building up the distance for the race in May, plus I have to do the last day of Week 3 of the C25K program, so I should get in plenty of exercise this weekend!
If I don't get a chance to get on again until next week, hope everybody has a great weekend!![]()

The rooms at Saratoga are nice and new and bigger w/ better beds than at POR...a DVC place offers better ammenities so frige in romm w/ microwave etc...plus the pool is nice....I know that she has Saratoga as her hoe resort...but she should be able to also book by March in OKW too...she should call and check availability of studios at OKW because they are very readily available usually and will cost less points than the Saratoga...
I also would think of staying at POR for your Fri/Sat stay and at OKW or Saratoga the rest of the time. Disney will move your luggage...but the cost of points is soooooo expensive for Fri/Sat stay that it is driving up your cost...we are staying at Poly on those 2 nights for our trip...
At Saratoga...a studio is 11 points per night s-Th and Fri/Sat is 20 points per night
At OKW...it drops to 8 per night S-Th and stays at 20 for Fri/Sat
So on average...points go for $10 per night...
That equals 80 points for s-th for 2 studios at OKW = $800
110 point for 2 studios for 5 nights at SS =$1100
Week stay w/ $10 per point = okw = $1600 for 2 studios -
SS = $1900 for 2 studios
Paying that price...you would save $800 by not staying at OKW for a Fri/Sat stay and 2 rooms for 2 nights would not cost you that at POR
same equation at SS by not staying Fri/Sat $800
You are putting the price of PP with tickets and everything so it is hard for me to know what you are being charged for the room part of the stay through your DVC connection...I too have connections so let me know if I can help.
