In Search of My Body - Not the One I Ate, VOL 7! Princesses? Nope, just us Goddesses!

Barely standing. I had training w/ Erin at 8:00 (LOTS of great info from her weekend conference. Can't wait to share....) - killer glute stuff.

Then work - on my feet of course.

home for about 45 min. to pack up and head to the Holiday Market Place from 4:30 - 9 where I was...can you guesss...on my feet. Packed up, came home. Very tired, but trying to get a few things done here before I go to bed. We leave at 7:30 ish for our road trip.

Paula - awesome job all around in your life and you aare being recognized and you so deserve it!

Nancy - very excited for you! I hope this is a great week!

E - great about the kids and very funny about the song!

Chad and I got a call from Treyner yesterday afternoon - a pothole caused $350 in damages to his jeep! :scared1: I am just glad it happened now versus on the road to SC or a day before. Looking on the bright side!

Carsyn is taking her drivers test today. :worship: Then I have a vendor fair here tom. Hopefully a good day for sales!

WOO HOO Nancy! Have a great drive! Can't wait to hear all about how he looks, how he likes it...all of the details!

Amy and Lyz--got both of your messages! And you both had the exact. same. reaction. So now I am counting the hours! Bet you are both sleeping in today! Lyz--what about Mol and school? Are you going to let her go in late or does she have to suck it up?

Happy New Moon to all you Twilight fans!!! Enjoy it! Someday I'll watch them, but as you all know, I am not a fan. Don't hate me because I will encourage you all in your love of Edward or Jacob if that is what you like.

Quiet morning here. Rainy, but quiet.

Rainy and gloomy here too, Paula. Means I am gonna have to elliptical instead of run. Which is probably a good thing. I just got pain-free. Don't want to re-injure anything.

2 words. AWE SOME!!!!

I'm gushing like a tween it was SO Good!

Paula - WOW to you! SO proud of you!

Nancy - you're not excited at all!

Might have to take a nap on my office floor, just sayin'.

Lyz - Zhu Zhu was on The View today!!! :lmao: Did you know it is a family owned company - so I guess that's why they can't keep up with demand??????

I actually got to to see them in action! Yeah. (I love the car:laughing:) As for the questioning about if I was missing something - I wanted to make sure that I was to buy the actual hamster if I lay my little eyes on him. So yes on ANYTHING. ANYTHING especially the hamster because you haven't scored one yet. Got it. I'm downtown on Tuesday. Here in town they just stare at me with wonder when I ask.

Oh - I want a Meatball Madness or whatever it is called that I saw with the toy segment. What fun.

Also, child/teen millionaires were on today. So listen to your kiddies - you never know what their imagination will come up with. They had two on. One thought of these bottle cap thingys that attach to necklaces. The other - at 17 - makes bras that you can doodle on. She did this for fun with her friends and thought hmmmm.

Down .1 for the BL. Goal will be in 2020. Watch for it. :lmao:;)

Oh and I am in so much sadness about missing Toronto that I bought myself Monopoly City.

Oh and we've had Olympic promos for over a year here. Love them. They are like little movies and Donald Sutherland does the voiceovers. Perfect.

I can not wait. Competition. Yes. :dance3:

Snowboard Cross - Can you say heaven? HEAVEN. I think it's going to be wild. Just wild. Zoom and boom I say.

Oh good Lord, I killed the thread with my squeeing over NM! Sorry!

Back on topic, then...

Had another perfect food day. Low calorie, low fat, high protein. :thumbsup2 And I am such a loser that I spent Friday night at the gym! I texted Liz whilst on the elliptical complaining that I have no life since I am texting from the elliptical on a Friday night. Her response: "No sh*t." I never realized it was that obvious! :rotfl2:

I may not have a life, but I have a goddess crown. :goodvibes

Good morning!

KELLY! Have a great trip! Can't wait to hear all about it!!! So excited for you!

Nancy--yup, tis' this season for you! And tomorrow you get Seth back! :cool1:

I hate chaotic mornings and today was just that. First, we found last night at 9pm via e-mail that it is Flat Stanley time again. Which means that addresses have to be submitted today! God help the parents who don't check their e-mail all the time like I do. So of course Kelly was asleep by then, so this morning I had to ask her where she wants Flat Stanley sent. I gave her the following options...

Ohio, Indiana, New Jersey, upstate NY, Florida, Connecticut....see where I'm going here? (Don't worry Kat, notice I didn't even list NC! ;) ) So who wants him? Who love little craft projects? And has a little one just about Kelly's age that would like to do it? And lives in Ohio? (Just kidding, Lyz, don't feel obligated). Seriously though, anyone who wouldn't mind doing the whole Flat Stanley thing, please let me know because I need to get the address to the school today. And of course we will return the favor in Maine if need be.

The rest of the chaos this morning all took place in the bus hut. OMG, how I hate bus hut drama. So stupid. And normally my kids aren't involved at all--they just sit there and hang out and wait for the bus. But there are these 2 girls (sisters) who just stir the pot and this morning Riley just snapped and then I had to intervene and...oy. Not a fun way to start the day. Between Flat Stanley and the bus hut I am already done!

Hope everyone else's day gets off to a better start! :goodvibes

Crap! Had I looked at the boards, I would have helped you out in a heartbeat. If it's not too late, let me know.

We are in suburban St Louis tonight. We had dinner with my parents and are having a Thanksgiving meal with DGF's family tomorrow night. This will be the first time in five years that all her siblings are together. Her mother just found out about the one flying in tonight and sounds simply giddy.

I have seven miles planned for tomorrow. The MfM plan is really starting to stretch me and I'm feeling some twinges. I had some knee pain after cross training Monday. It was right on the top of the patella - it was gone after a day. I ran Thursday and this morning, 24 hours later, sitting at my desk, minding my own business, my Achilles started to hurt. What??! Surely if it was from running I'd feel it before a day passed, no?

My plan is to run on a nearby rail trail. Nice cushy crushed rock surface. Mmmmmm. DGF will do three with me. It's been a while since we've run together.

Eh, lifes are overrated. Crowns, that's where the fun is.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Ronda

Ronda--have a great week-end! Sounds like fun. And post about your long run! I am sitting here polishing your crown in anticipation of an awesome run tomorrow! :goodvibes

So I just got done talking with Dave (my Disney husband) and he was just what I needed tonight. OMG, so pumped up about running and fitness and weight loss and all of it. Sitting here listening to my motivation music and the only thing keeping me from sprinting out the door for a run is that it is almost midnight. :rotfl2: He and I made great plans for the next time we are both there (both of our "real" spouses like Disney, but aren't the fanatics that we are, so we have each other for that), so I am just in an awesome mood. Feeling really good about myself for the first time in a LONG time. I hadn't realized that I had lost some of myself recently.
