Meatloaf.OMG it was good. Baked potatoes (mine was a sweet potato) and steamed beans.
Yum.... that dinner was way better than mine. Sorry about the hip flexors still bothering you. Listen to Erin and you'll be back to squatting in no time. I'm not quite sure if that is a good thing or not though?

can I just say....I'm "off". My workouts are fine - it's my food. Totally "off". And I feel cruddy because of it.
