Meatloaf.OMG it was good. Baked potatoes (mine was a sweet potato) and steamed beans.
Yum.... that dinner was way better than mine. Sorry about the hip flexors still bothering you. Listen to Erin and you'll be back to squatting in no time. I'm not quite sure if that is a good thing or not though?

can I just say....I'm "off". My workouts are fine - it's my food. Totally "off". And I feel cruddy because of it.
Time to get back "on".

. I wanted it tonight since I have to work and Dh has to work at 3 am on sunday morn, but NO one SIL has something to do for an hour at the school with one of her kids so myself and a BIL Miss everything because we have to work! I basically told steph to tell them they can't have it here! I acted like a toddler stamped my feet and all!
but it still will be here and I will have to leave in the middle of it! All I can say is they best have food before I leave... not like last time.
