Amiee, happy anniversary!!! It sounds like you have come so far.![]()
Low carb bread? Tell me more...
Hope that your knee feels better. I find that I am a little stiff most days lately, probably as I ramp up my workouts. I think it's normal.
Just wait until MOnday, I already warned my boss I will need a crane to get out of my chair!!
Nancy, I am continually amazed that you can do your job and stay on plan!! For me and this no sugar thing I think I would die on the spot.
Okay, challenge checkin:
1) 1200-1500 cals. Check, was at or under 1200 every day, and at or under 20g carbs and most/all of that was from plant fiber or cheese/eggs.
2) Exercise. Mon/Thurs/Fri/Sat hockey, Tue kickboxing. 5/5 and probably about 250-300 min total. Check
3) Water. At or over 64 oz every day. Check
4) Alcohol, none.Check
And, I weighed in this morning (although Sun is the official week), and was down another 3.2 lbs. So that is down almost 8 lbs in less than two weeks! I guess this is working.
Kat - can't wait to hear all about the hockey tournament on Monday.
down another 3.2 pounds. Unfreaking believable... You go girl!!!!

Glad that you said that. Not sure if I was crazy in not liking it as well. Bella alos reminded me a bit of Lindsay Lohan for some reason and it was driving me nuts.
Food for yesterday -
Lunch - 1/2 cheese burger on ciabatta bun - 5 points
Fruit (2 slices of pineapple, 3/4 of an orange, 2 slices each of cannelope and honeydew mellon) 0 points
Dinner -
There is no nutrition info for most so I posted what I could find that came close...
An Italian bread so good it should be named after a car mechanical fix - 10 points
Tuscan salad:
Descripton was:
A fresh blend of tomato, cucumber, red pepper, romaine lettuce, red onion, capers, Italian parsley, fresh basil, toasted pine nuts, plumped curants and herb roasted croutons tossed with a citrus vinaigrette. Topped with imported Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. No clue on points - split with Dan and I had 1/4 of the salad - brought the rest home.
Then we ordered a pasta dish which was Riggatoni and sausage in a cream sauce with a hint of bacon and peas. Could not find the description of this.
No clue on points either - Dan and I split this also and we each only ate 1/4 of the plate and brought the rest home.
Fudge - 4 points
Although I am not sure of points - I feel really good. We ordered to share and only ate 1/2 of the salad and pasta between us.
I think if we do the Italian themed wedding in WDW - our reception back here would be catered by this restaurant.
Plus - we walked to the restraunt and back and that was great. Not exactly the BL 5 mile each way Subway run, but 2 miles round trip.
k - off to work on taxes while Dan works today.![]()
Dawn- thanks for making me hungry with that dinner description from yesterday... I think what you had was a variation on carbonara sauce. The peas and bacon are typical of that kind of sauce. I should warn you - the number of points for that type of sauce will likely be high since it is right up there with alfredo sauce in terms of fat content. But you do need to splurge every once and while and kudos for doing it in moderation.
Question for all of you WW's folks - fruit has no points in WW land?
I didn't realize that. I have to count it in JC land and am limited to 2 or 3 servings per day which isn't much (1/2 cup is a typical serving). Again, just curious to see how each plan works. You know me = knowledge is power.
