Hi Sarah, The challenge is just setting certain goals from now until March 15th I think.
Like mine are (and you don't have to have this many)
1. Track 3 days a week
2. No alcohol except for noted exceptions
3. Couch to 5K 3X a week, 1 long run a week through March 1st and strength/core 2X a week
4. 5 lb weight loss
Erika is keeping track of it all and for January if you met at least one of your goals, you got the goddess crown some of us have in our sig.
